A type of wine | Rose |
Part of the wine is vinified as a traditional rosé, produced by soft pressing of the grapes, while the rest goes through a light maceration with the skins for 10 to 12 hours (with the lid lifted). Both parts are vinified separately, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20°C in steel barrels for 8 days. After the first pressing, the wine then matures in contact with its own sediments, later it is mixed and bottled.
Its delicate pink color transports you to the world of floral and fruity aromas, with an emphasis on roses, oranges, forest fruits, and shades of ginger and lychee. The combination of all the listed aromas creates an elegant and complex unit. As a result, the aroma is convincing and belongs to the category of fresh and strong flavors.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with many traditional Italian appetizers and cold and fish-based dishes. The soft pink color goes perfectly with dishes with pink ingredients, such as shrimp or salmon, and is an excellent accompaniment to spicy dishes from oriental cuisine.
