The controller of the personal data ensures that your personal data will only be processed for purposes you expressly consent to. The consent to the submission of personal data is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at info@venkavojo.si.

If you do not submit your personal data, or if you cancel your consent, the controller of the personal data cannot fulfil the purpose for which the data is collected. The controller will keep your personal data until you cancel or as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data was collected and it is then deleted, destroyed, blocked or anonymised.

With regard to your personal data, you have the right to access data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), the right to the restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to data portability. The information provided by the user on the website or otherwise via e-mail, telephone, fax, etc. is confidential and will be treated in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation. The controller undertakes to process and protect the data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The provider undertakes to permanently protect and to collect and process all the personal data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection. Personal data protection

The provider collects, manages, processes and stores the following user data for the purposes of providing its services:

• name and surname,
• address and place of residence,
• e-mail address,
• contact telephone number,
• country of residence,
• other information that the user voluntarily enters into the forms when sending the message
• the IP address from which the user accesses the website,
• time and date of the visit to the website,
• communication archive,
• data on the content of the order or demand,
• the provider is not responsible for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by the user.

The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by providing appropriate software (antivirus) protection of their IT system or electronic device. For information purposes, the user allows the use of various communication channels, e.g. telephone, SMS, e-mail, etc. Upon personal consent, the user consents and authorises the provider as the controller of the personal data to submit the collected personal data for the above mentioned purposes to contractual partners in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia with whom they have concluded personal data processing agreements and that process the data on behalf of and for the account of the provider. The data is only passed on to third parties if necessary for the execution of the order procedure and payment processing. The provider will only entrust the delivery service with the necessary information for the delivery of the purchased products (name and surname of the user, telephone number and delivery address). The data is used by third parties exclusively for the fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the execution of the procedure for sending quotations, orders and payments. The provider undertakes not to submit the data to third parties (that do not participate in the order execution and payment processing procedures), except to the extent required by the applicable law, if required to do so by the state authorities, or in good faith that such an action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realisation of the legitimate interests of the provider. Each time you access the company's website, general, non-personal data (search engine users, number of visits, average time of the visit to the website, pages visited) is automatically recorded. This information is used by the provider to measure the popularity of its website and to improve the quality of the content and usability.

Implementation of the Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the protection of personal data for the provider is regulated by the rules on the protection of personal data.
