A typical fresh representative of modern Istrian Malvasias. From unripe and manually picked grapes. Processing process with cold maceration for 4-6 hours. Fermentation with the help of selected yeasts at a temperature of 16 C. Light yellowish color with greenish tones. Malvasia is perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish dishes, risottos, white meat and fresh cheeses.
It is served at a temperature of 10-12 C.
Store in a cool place.
