A type of bitter | Herbs and flowers |
Bonaventura bitters \Herbs and flowers\ were inspired by their old Bonaventura bitters from the last century, in which flowers are a fundamental element, their heritage. If Prime Uve Bianche is an expression of the vine from which it comes, with \Herbs and Flowers\ we combine the fragrant garden with the vineyard.
In this bitter, which ideally represents a walk in a flower garden, we find floral notes of geranium, rosewood, linden and cornflower; it is accompanied by the bitterness of nettle and fibrous clover and is refreshed by the citrus note of orange and cedar.
The end of the bitter is enhanced by the sensations of apples and pears, typical of grape brandy.
Color: dark amber with golden reflections.
Aroma: notes of cornflower, rose and lime with delicate shades of citrus.
Taste: pleasantly bitter with floral and fruity sensations.
