The data is used by third parties exclusively for the fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the execution of the procedure for sending quotations, orders and payments. The provider undertakes not to submit the data to third parties (that do not participate in the order execution and payment processing procedures), except to the extent required by the applicable law, if required to do so by the state authorities, or in good faith that such an action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realisation of the legitimate interests of the provider.
